Della works at arguably the best craft beer bottle shop in our local area. Places like this are built on the passions of their staff. Liam who runs the Beer Emporium – who we hope to get on the podcast very very soon – made a very wide decision in employing Della for a shift a week. It wasn’t long before Della was doing the beer orders, liaising with brewers and scouring for new beers for their punters to try. She shares her story, the ethos of the Emporium and a few beers that you should try. She also reviews the beers for you so you can decide if it’s something you’d like try before you bust out your hard earned cash.
